Downloading pics from e-mail !

Got some pics sent to me via e-mail. Clicked on the paper clip icon and it downloaded as a Zip file but could not open it as the Adobe reader 'didn't support blah blah blah'.
Tried Print ----> print to file in a couple of guises. Nope.

Help.

As soon as I can I can add to the Get some perspective thread, so this is in your interest Cleat.
