    I went from 20% sag to just under 30% sag. Sure, not the OPs problem, but not tiny as in my case.

    Does it come back to 20% when you take bike to warm place again?

    Yes. So the solution could be to snuggle up with it for a while.

    but careful with snuggling as it may erect far more than 10%

    Yep! The temp range was rather extreme in this instance, but the effect was noticable.

    Ok, I sent my fork in for a service just before xmas and now its on the bike again, a quick bouce up and down confirms its smooth like butter so I'm off for a ride now, the bikeshop found no damage inside so it must have been the oil solidifing as I said it was -15 but that was here at home and I live quite high up so riding down into town it was closer to -20. - 5 today so if it happens again.......... :evil: otherwise :D
