jammed linkage, bearings and bolts

The build on the Socom is coming on nicely now and I've run into my first problem with disassembling the pivots. When removing the first bolt that holds the upper linkage to the main triangle, I noticed a great deal of resistance. Eventually the bearing popped out of the linkage (not fully, it's now stuck half in and half out). The bolt and bearing seem to be melded together and now that the bolt is away from the threads in the frame, it is stuck in the inner race of the bearing which just turns with it.
On the other side, the same thing seems to have happened, the bolt and inner race seem to have become one. But the bearing won't pop out of the linkage like the other side and unthreading the bolt bends the whole linkage away from the frame.
How should I go about seperating bolt, bearing and linkage now? I was thinking I could use a G-clamp to stop the linkage from bending out and undo the remaining bolt, but I'm worried about the threads in the frame. Any ideas?
