    Don't throw away your unused specialised shims!
    The new BG footbeds don't come with shims any more, They are now extra for around £10 for two pairs of varus, 1 pair of vulgus (sounds a bit rude?), although these look like they are being replaced with a newer version for about £15 a set!
    I've had quite a bit of trouble with knee pain on and off the bike over the last couple of years but now sorted (on the bike) after stumping up for some BG road shoes, set of blue insoles and some shims. off the bike i've cleared it up by not wearing my adidas flat soled canvas trainers any more. Actually, it's probably swapping the trainers out for some hotter comfort shoes (OAP Shoes) that have made the most difference.

    I've got a few of the orange shims hanging around, size 45-46. Happy to pass on if somebody wants them
