Yippee, back on the bike

Well I tried my first bit of distance after my accident (see separate post), only 21 miles but my injuries, though still a little sore, didn't hamper me. Felt really good afterwards. confidence still needs to improve, but am getting there.

Nice one jag and good effort.I know exactly where your coming from as im in same boat as you and just getting started again.It,s a good feeling,bar the edgyness around traffic.
