Hi all
I've just bought a mint second hand giant anthem x3 2011 model and need some advice on what pressure to put in the forks fox 32 series and rear shock is a fox float rp2.
I weigh just under 90kg can anybody tell me what sort of pressure I should be running in the shock? Its my first full sus
Thanks

As a rough starting guide for Fox suspension. 1 psi per kilo of your weight plus your riding gear for the forks. 1 psi of per pound of your weight plus gear for the rear. Then start fiddling with the pressure till you get the sag right. Its the sag that counts the above pressures are just to get you into a rough ballpark so you can start the sag setting.Fig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0
