Christophe Bassons

I see in the press that the former French professional cyclist Christophe Bassons has been nominated by the America magazine "Sports Illustrated" for its sports personality of the year. Bassons has been nominated for his outspoken anti-doping stance and questioning the performances of Armstrong right back to his first TdF victory, which notably cost Bassons his career as a professional cyclist. It's nice to see some of our American friends recognising the damage done by Armstrong, who as we now know stopped at nothing to destroy anyone who got in his way. Not much of a sportsman there.
