Hi all
I'm looking at purchasing a 2012 Rocky Mountain Altitude 50 full Susser. Evans have this at £1700 down from £2300. It seems like a really good bike with a good spec - XT and SLX, Fox 32 RL front and Fox RP2 rear. This seems a lot better than most specs in this price range. Unfortunately I have been unable to find any reviews, other than user reviews which seem very positive.
The thing that I am not sure about is that most bikes in this range have a tapered fork with the larger QR axles. This has the standard quick release front and back. I am wondering why Rocky Mountain may have gone for this set up and wether it will cause me any issues?
Any feedback on the bike will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
