Non ISCG Chain device

I'm building up an old Intense 5.5 EVP frame and will be running an SLX double and bash crankset on it. I also want to fit a chain device but as the frame has no ISCG points I'm going to need a BB mounted one. I've got a Stinger on the Canyon which works well so was going to go with another one of these but how does that work with the BB. Does the crank just sit a little off from where it would normally or do I need some sort of special BB to accomodate the device ?

Nope, the hollowtech 2 bottom bracket comes with 3 spacers included to fit all width bottom bracket shells. I believe your bike is a 73mm shell, so with a chain tensioner you'd run that with no spacers fitted

The chain guide simply replaces one of the BB spacers on a normal HTII BB.
