I just came across this on another forum and felt it was worth sharing here!

    so no one has mentioned if the car was worth less than the bike he got...otherwise he would've been better off selling privately and then buying the bike :)

    Mmmm. MG ZR, a Rover 25 with extra plastic, at least 7 years old. It was out of date when first launched, being a re-bodied Rover 200 from the 90s. Almost worthless even if its one of the last and the top line model. so he got a good deal, and Wiggle got some publicity.

    Never heard any reviews of mekk bikes but they're certain to drive better than an mg!!

    I think it's pretty amusing! A good deal for both parties.
    Wiggle get publicity, the fella gets rid of a car he doesn't want and gets a new bike.
    Win win! Good on wiggle for doing it :)
