oh i used to ride it EVERY day a few years ago, my fixed has been in my parents garage for 14months in pieces. finally built it and now im loving riding it again.

I've gone from FG to SS for the last two weeks and SS feels slow and hard. FG is much easier.
Perhaps the gearing is wrong (as Cafewanda said. You should be riding at least 90GI so that you are nice and speedy on the down and employing large amounts of MTFU on the up!FCN 3: Raleigh Record Ace fixie-to be resurrected sometime in the future
