well,just done a quick 15 mile loop on my brand new Sensa Romagna 
wow first time on a road bike for nearly 20 years such a difference from my faithful 22 year old GT Richter 8.0 MTB took 4 mins off my pb first time out, now if we can only have some reasonable weather.. ..... any advice for this sort of newbie would be very welcome,cheers

hi,and welcome to the forum.Best advice has already been given,ride as mush as you can.Dont worry to much about times etc just get the miles in.Dulce et decorum est Pro patria mori0
