Increasing brake rotor size

I have decided to increase my brake rotor size from 160mm to 180mm on both brakes. I currently have Shimano BR-M445 brakes will these adaptors fit these brakes?

Need your fork and frame fitment too to know.0

The fork is a Rockshox Tora K 120mm alu. What do you mean by the frame fitment?0

Whether the fork and frame fitment is post or IS mount.I don't do smileys.

The mount type front and rear. Ie post mount or IS. Ps I'd keep it 160 rear and just up the front0

It is a post mount, why only change the size of the front rotors?0

You don't need a big rotor on the back, the front does most of the work. Too big rear and you'll just lock up.I don't do smileys.

So for the front you'll need a 180mm disc, and a 180mm adaptor, you'll either need a second pair of bolts for most adaptors or longer bolts for a Shimano style bolt through adaptor.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

There's very little value in increasing your rear disc, it has little contribution to the overall braking of your bike.
As the front does most all of the work, the front disc size, there is a lot of value in increasing that one.
