Moon Sports (bike lights):
The brackets for my X-Power 500 and Sheild were attached to my bike that was stolen. One email to Taiwan (via the website), asking where I might source replacements in the UK, was followed by a return email the next day and the delivery of replacement brackets the day after, free of charge.
Deserves a bit of recognition.
