New Cables?

Hey all
I am just about to build up my SWorks Tarmac that has internal cabling. Does anyone have an recommendations on cable sets for brakes and gear (normal cables not Di2)?
I typically run normal Shimano cables but found these and wondered if anyone has any suggestions?

Many thanks

There's a seller on ebay (can't remember the name) that sells full dura ace kits without packaging for about £28. I just put a set of those on and they're really good. They are the ones with the grease inside the outers. I would suggest those, although you'll pay more than that for anything other than black.0

Regardless of which new cables you get, don't just whip out the old cables willy-nilly.
Internal routing is much easier if you can replace inner and outer separately, so that you have a guide through to the frame exit.
Something along the lines of remove old inner, thread new inner through old outer, then remove old outer and thread new outer back along new inner.0 -

I swapped from Shimano to Jagwire racer on one bike and they great but....... the cable has a nipple on each end so you have to cut one off, this can cause the cable to fray which would be a pain to thread through internal cable routing. Best way to get round this is a drop of solder on the cable.0

Yes that's them. Exactly as you would buy anywhere else, just minus the packaging.0 -
thanks again. This is the first time I have cabled an internal frameset (its a new frame). Do I need an external in line barrel adjuster?
Cheers
