Definitely the ones with no pad as I already own some great quality bib shorts. Not interested in stupid price products like Assos or Rapha, but ones that are competively priced and keep your legs and knackers region as warm as toast during harsh cold weather.
Which Roubaix tights would you suggest ?

I recently ordered a pair of these, first impressions seem good, cheap too. Asked a similar question and they were recommend on here.

Raffles, I'm asking the same question and have spent hours on line trying to find the same thing, a bit frustrating. Plenty of padded ones but as a daily rider I want to change my shorts daily not my winter biblongs.
The obvious answer used to be "DHB Pace Super Roubaix non padded" but for some unfathomable reason Wiggle have decided that the new version, the Vaeon Zero, should come only in padded. Bloody annoying actually. Makes you ask, why?
Gore bike wear make a couple of non-padded winter bibtights but the reviews are variable. Another brand I came across, hardly ever mentioned (is it just untrendy?), is Specialized, who do a full-on winter non-padded bibtight for under £80 but reviews are impossible to find, save for one US CX web review, which was positive.
As you say, Assos and Rapha do proper deep-winter unpadded tights but the prices are out of my league.
Like you, perhaps, I'm looking for something that will do subzero while warmly protecting your jewels. The best I can do for now is bibshorts + legwarmers + DHB Roubaix tights (not super Roubaix).
Those Schutt seem like roubaix not super roubaix.0 -

..Errr I think they might be referring to the Vaeon Zero when they said Vaeon Super. In which case I couldn't find an unpadded pair.
Bad day was it?0 -
Bought P-R P-X tights, I usually buy medium, but wish I bought large. very tight gear. Nice though and well worth the money.CAAD9

Blimey, who's had a bad day?
You know what is really amusing?
When someone makes a silly post like that and they are (oops a daisy!) completely wrong. I know very well that Wiggle (DHB) makes a non-padded roubaix tight (I have a pair, as I mentioned). If you had bothered to read my post instead of going off on a patronising rant you'd have realised that I was referring to the fact that DHB have discontinued the super-roubaix fabric tight (note - super-roubaix, not roubaix, warmer than roubaix and now called Zero) in unpadded format which is, in fact, bloody annoying.
Now, where were we before someone got egg all over their face. . .0 -
+1 for DHB.0

The new vaeon roubaix are 235 lycra, same as the old pace. The old supers were 245 which wasn't hugely more but I think they were mostly named super due to their windproofness. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)
