Afternoon,

The brake pads on my Avid Elixir 3 are just about knackered and need replacing. First question is...which one's do Ireplace them with. Sintered, kevlar, organic???? Not after anything special, just a good alround pad. Second question is...how easy are they to fit. Is it simply a case of removing the old ones, gently pushing back the calipers then inserting the new ones and bedding in?

Thanks

Superstar Kevlar. Get the four pairs for £25 deal. Bargain and they're red.
Never had Elixer, but it's generally that simple.

Bit of a bugger when they're supposed to slow you down.
