Hi all I have been out of biking for quite some time (my last bike was a whyte PRST-1) and have £1000 to spend on a mountain bike but there is a hell of a lot of choice out there and Im struggling to make my mind up I would like a 29er but other than that please feel free to add any sensible suggestions.
Thanks Paul Lamb

Im getting through works cycle scheme, I can get it from anywhere really as long they accept that. The ones Ive seen here are a Cube LTD race 29er, Giant talon 1 29er and a Whyte 629.0

Evans do their own scheme, so you won't get anything from them through cyclescheme,Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
