    Morning (just),

Back from a trip up North and a funeral yesterday and just finished catching up on some well deserved sleep. My kid is at her school Xmas fair so I'm off there shortly to see how much money she's wasting before getting some mulled wine and mince pies consumed.

Unfit as fark as haven't been on the bike in a while - must get round to it.

Been off work all week injured and starting to get really bored as the mrs is away as we'll, so another day off not getting out on the bike, looks like I will be doing the same today as much of the week, crap TV and study :(

  • Afternoon losers!

Woke up today with a bit of a cold. I'm hoping it's at the height of it's coldness as otherwise this is going to be a killer. Last night, the eczema around my eyes decided it didn't like me, so now I look like I've been battered by some boxing bloke; it's not a good look.

Lazy day today, though the freeview box in the dining room at my parents has died, so I'm bored senseless. Lovefilm it is then.

    Laters!

    A'rtnoon dribblers

Cannock was wet. Now an afternoon of rugby and F1. That's a bit of win.

Onwards! To warm food! And sports-based japery!

After a decent night out with the current wife had to run 9 alcohol fuelled miles to collect the car.

Number 1 child had a birthday party so I've been trying out roller blades - much fun and pain.

Later is a night out with friends, since getting the au pair we have spent an absolute fortune going out - great fun though

    Two things...
No, you won't, you'll be there with about 9 gazillion other riders. Llandegla has a higher population than China, and that's a fact.
Man the f**k up and grow a pair.

Due to the weather there was only about 6 gazillion riders, didn't even have to queue in the cafe, and there was no need to grow a pair as it didn't rain till i was back at the cafe.
Steak and chips and few pints on the way back home rounded off a great day,...unlike the poor bugger who broke his collar bone at the beginning of the b-line boardwalk, healing vibes to that man!

    6 Gazillion?
    Hmmm.
I'm reliably informed there was no weather there today though. At all. Strangely enough.
Did you go for food to the next pub down the road on the A525, the one that does carveries? That place is awesome!

There was definitely some wet stuff or other falling from the sky when we left, as for eating we waited till we got back into England for some proper beer and food!

Pah, you know nothing of culinary awesomosity.
Apart from that pub that does carveries, we (in Wales), also have the kebab shop in St Asaph, and Pete's Eats in Llanberis. That gives us 3 of the top 4 places to eat worldwide, right here in Wales.
(The 4th, incidentally, is the kebab van in Les Gets)

Well, I've been meaning to have a crack at Snowden for a while now so I'll keep an eye open for Petes Eats when I finally get there.

In the meantime I'm now off to the pub to regale my mates who couldn't make it of my awesomeness on the B-line today.

Well that's just dumb. Snowden's about 3,000 miles or more from Pete's Eats.
