Montague Paratrooper Bike Creaking

Hi,

I've got a Montague paratrooper (yes, a folder! - not my choice but a necessity) and under heavy load (ok, very heavy load as im not a small guy) when riding out of the saddle i.e. a hill or powering down a straight I'm getting creaking coming from the bike..... any ideas on how to pin point it?
