Is it actually possible...?

Greetings to all,
It is actually possible to tune / configure a bike that uses a triple up front and 8 cog rear cassette so that the chain does not rub the front mech in *any* gear combination?
Forgive the newbie question, please, but I have no experience of this stuff and wanted to ensure that my expectations are realistic. The bike is a Voodoo Marasa. I know, not an MTB, but I figured that you guys would know the answer given that triple chain rings are common for that type of bike.
The rear derailleur is Acera (Shimano Acera RD-M360) whereas the front mech is Altus (Shimano FD-M310).
Cheers,
Spring

in a word no.
but you should be able to get it not rubbing in the normally used gears.
dont cross the chain. IE. no small and small and no big and big. (and a few each side)."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Hmmm I would say in a word sometimes, sometimes it is possible, sometimes it is not at all.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
