Anyone used Spiceroads before?

Am looking for holidays for next month and looking to go to the Far East, as much as anything as I've never been before, and it's a good excuse for a holiday too 
I came across a company called Spiceroads (www.spiceroads.com), and they seem to have a couple of trips that tick my boxes. Has anyone used them before/know if they are reputable etc? From internet searches/tripadvisor etc they seem ok, but you can never be too careful, especially as they are Bangkok based.....
