Muckynutz order...

I'm wondering if anyone can clarify if Muckynutz are actually any good with customer service? i ordered a fender some ten days ago and although there is still time im trying to chase up where my item is.

No answer to phone calls, now reply to emails, nothing.

Are they normally so poor?

I mean, i only spent £9 but as i checked out as a guest i cant even see if my item has been processed - what i do know is they took the money.

Ordered twice from them and both times it arrived within a couple of days. Never had to contact them.

Same as above, I've had a good half dozen orders from them over the years and they've all arrived within a day or 2. Contacted them a couple of times for general questions, compatability advice etc and they've replied really quickly too.

Even checking out as a guest, you'd have got an email confirming they received your order, then another email when (if) they shipped your order.

If you've not got either of those, you're doing it wrong.

+1 on no previous issues for me. Ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday.
