Up for a Lake District ride between 30th Dec - 2nd Jan?
Hi,
I'm a northerner (originally from Bolton) living in Brighton and coming up to the Lakes at the end of December for my sister's wedding. Not been MTBing in the Lakes since my youth and keen to make the most of it, wife permitting. I'm staying near Kendal and am free on any of the above dates. Keen to try out a mix of man-made runs like the Grizdale trails and some cross-country. Am a regular rider and athlete so no worries fitness wise or technical ability - unless you're Danny Hart or Fabien Barel etc. Would be great to ride with someone or group of riders with good knowledge of best trails round there.
