Ratios...

Look at chainsets and usualy ride a compact nowadays, 50/34. I've seen that rotor do a compact 52/36. If I was riding a 11/25 block with a 50/34 what difference would the 36/52 make? In other words if I had 36/52 upfront what rear sprocket would I need for the equivilant...?

Is there any ratio tables out there anyone can point me in the direction of as I'm assuming its not just a case of riding a 27, is it?
