I am stuggling to find anything that will enable me to use a 142x12 Dtswiss RWS rear axel with a turbo trainer. Does anybody know of anything on the market that will allow me to do so?

I've never seen one that works with 12mm.
The way I see it is you have 2 options.
1. Go for rollers instead of a Turbo
2. Go for a turbo, and buy a cheapy bike off ebay for £30 to use on it. You don't need to worry about swapping over tyres that way either.0 -

Thanks captain obvious
Yeah my old bike was fine, but now i've chanced to a 142 x 12 rear i'm selling the TT and was just looking to broaden the market if I could.
Ah well there are still more with standard QR rear end than not I suppose0 -
At least im not alone! Im stuck in this exact situation!!
Problem is trying to avoid spending loads on a turbo specific tyre and I dont have space for another bike (As much as I want one!)0 -
From my research while looking for a turbo trainer to fit my giant trance 1 27.5 with the rws system, supposedly this axle should work with a turbo trainer from the same brand. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/kinetic-thru-axles/
From what i could find out shimano e thru and dt swiss rws use the same tread.2014 Giant Trance 27.5 1
