How do I "Contact a board administrator"?

Well, I have a problem with my account and registration.
The FAQ, at faq.php#f0r8, says I should Contact a board administrator for assistance.
How do I do that? The FAQ doesn't explain.
I clicked on "The Team" link (memberlist.php?mode=leaders) , and there are lots of folks marked as "Administrator", I suppse one of them would do. there's even one called "admin" (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=538737).
But the "contact admin" section of that member summary is empty.
So please tell me: how do I contact an administrator?
I don't want to discuss the particular problem with my account on a public forum.
