Mojito is good enough for the Sky riders and cheaper ? I'd try for fit before you buy but I like it.
  • Especially when spending a lot of money I would try the helmet fit myself before buying.

  • I tried on all the Kask helmets and liked the Mojito the best. Very happy with it, although the pads are a bit knackered now and they don't seem to sell replacements!

+2. I went from various Giro helmets to the Mojito, and now have two of them (one black, one white :D ). Very light, and all day comfort, but secure and feels and looks good. Not tried the Vertigo, but at about £70 less, the Mojito has to be worth a look.

I tried loads of helmets including the full KASK range and the Mojito was the one I bought....If that helps.
    Yellow is the new Black.
  • I have a Mojito and would recommend it highly. It also had the lowest profile of any of the helmets I tried.

Only minor complaint would be that the decorative coloured stickers on the top of the helmet started to peel off after a couple of rides.

Not me, my Mojito is red and white, but can't see how the colour would detrimentally affect it?

  • Although the Mojito is the best of the lot, Kask don't seem to sell replacements pads (and haven't bothered replying to my email asking if I can somehow get some). Mine are now split and almost worn out (I've had the helmet since May).

Any use ? Cant see the mojito pads yet - but its a relatively new helmet ?
  • The Mojito pads are unfortunately a bit different to those (and the Vertigo and the K10). :/

The color question was to see if it matches the lime color on a Cannondale Caad 10 bike in team colors, if the pads only last a few months and replacements are not available i might look at another brand.

  • I tried on several of the Kask range - including the Mojito, the k50 evo and the vertigo before buying the K50 evo. To be honest it was this or the Mojito and the K50 was a bit less expensive. I didn't get on with the more expensive vertigo (or another one whose name escapes me now) mainly due to the rubber pads inside. I would recommend the other two though - really light and comfortable!
