Old bike box from your local LBS and then ParcelForce48 will be about £20 ish dependent on the weight.Summer - Giant Defy Composite 2 (Force 22) (retd)
Cannondale Synapse Sram Red ETap
Winter - Boardman CX Team (Rival X1 Hyd)0 -
I have used www.parcelmonkey.co.uk successfully many times - but got let down recently with a collection
Recently used www.senditnow.co.uk which i think links in with Parcelforce
As previous poster said £20 minimum but additional insurance is often required for peace of mind and usually makes things £25+0 -
...anyone have experience of sending a big box?? my new bike came complete with wheels attached in a box 175 cm long....I'm looking to re-use this to post my old bike, but seeming to get silly quotes of over £50....
...maybe best just seek out a "normal" box from LBS...??
tks.0 -

Just get a 'normal' box where you can remove the front wheel and box up. I have used senditnow.com recently with good results and you don't have to enter any box measurements, just overall weight.0
