44t 10 speed Outer Ring?

HI,I am lucky enough to live on the Isle Of Wight. We have loads of great rides,but I do a fair amount of road work to get to and from trails. However I on road work I find myself running out of gears and want to change the front outer from 42t to 44t to get a bit more top end. Especially as I am now trying to do long distance with road bikes as company. Fairly new to this and unsure about mixing brands. Does anyone know where i can get a 44t 10 speed cog from. I have a Cube Acid now upgraded with full SLX spec. Thanks Steve

But for the sake of 2 teeth, ie under 5% increase, I wouldn't bother - I'd fit a touring crank from shimano.0 -
Thanks for that,will have a look. I have just brought a new slx crank cant afford another one!! Just wanted a bit more on the tarmac without losing anything off road.0

Plenty of options, TA do 44/46/48, but going bigger than a 44 will give progressively worse shifting. Alternatively... spin faster, 42/11 is still a pretty decent gear.0
