Any recommendations for an all year tyre at an affordable price would be welcome...

I have Specialized Roubaix tyres, light and very easy to fit. Work well in all conditions. Liked them so much I got a set for a my second bike too.

Vittoria zaffiro's are bombproof, inflate to 145 psi and are about £8 each, unbeatable.

145 psi! Christ, it must be like riding on those solid wheels they had on bikes when I was a kid!
