Mtb wheels for horizontal dropouts

Hello, i need some help please.
I recently bought this frame : Fireeye Flame with horizontal dropouts and i am in the process of building it up, so i am searching for some components.
First of all i want to know what type of qr or axles do i need for my frame in order to get a wheelset.
My fork is a Rockshox Sektor RL coil fork with a 15mm axle and the dropouts are 135x10mm.
1)So the front wheel should be compatible with a 15mm axle, right ?
2)Or a standard qr can be fitted with a 15mm adaptor?
3)For the rear wheel what are my options ?
e,g for superstars wheelset http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=74&products_id=496what should i choose for the adaptors?
I am planning to make this bike geared so i need a gear hanger for the drive side and a chain tug for the other http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=20322 .
4) Is it necessary to use an axle or can i use a standard qr, since the wheel cannot slip from the frame?
Here 's a pic of the dropouts
Thanks in advance

Some people use QRs with horizontals, but to be honest I would only use butter, if you get cup and cone hubs you can easily swap the axle, with cartridge it's not so simple, usually you have to make sure that hub has that option.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

So i should choose a 10mm through axle hub.
Will this hub http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=342
be compatible with this axle http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=32&products_id=287 ?0 -
Sorry, ruddy phone auto correct, butter should have read bolted!
I'd still stick with bolted so you can use a chain tug.....one slip and you've no chain tension and could be face planting the top cap.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Butter was funnier.
Yes that hub will work with a 10mm through axle. However the axle you linked to is just a fat QR which sort of defeats the point of getting a through axle.
Anyway. You need the superstar rear hub with "10mm thru axle" adaptor, and one of these:

BTW the Flame gear hanger looks to be the other fireeye one:
