Only changes I've made is a Reverb and thomson seat collar

Like the Gripshifts choice any other changes since your original post?

I'm considering a different saddle as the original isn't the most comfortable
Probably will try and reduce the overall weight {Wheels & crank} at some point.
Maybe different tires for winter/mud

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend getting the little mud /shock guard from Commencal really helps protect the rear shock.
