Could you explain what is the difference between a Giant Defy and TCR models???.

    Geometry, the Defy has a more relaxed ride where the TCR is more race.

    Quite right.
    For each given size, the Defy has a taller head-tube by about 2cm, slightly more rake in the head-tube, slightly shorter top-tube (though by only about 1cm).
    As a result of the above, it will be a slighly less racey, more relaxed geometry.
