New helmet - But I have a small head

Are there any helmets out there that are suitable for small heads?

I've googled this subject and quite a few of the comments are dated. Are there any new helmets out there that are suitable for the pin heads out there?!

How small is small, I wear a small giro feature i'm right the limit of the small but the medium is too big, my head measures 54cm around. There's a fair bit of adjustment left so you'd need a tiny head for that to be too small.

I wear small Spesh or Giro helmets, they're the same size as their 'youth' ones.
