Tragic grooming accident....

So, she'd eaten the Haribo and we were on the way to see the puppies when.....

Sorry, sorry! :-)

No, a tragic tale of a bottle of wine, the instruction by the wife to reign in the facial topiary a bit (she always makes me do this when it's thick enough to absentmindedly twirl Dali spikes into it when I'm watching a movie) and the failure to notice that the No2 guard was not on the hair clippers.

First swipe up from neck to chin gave me an 'anti-VanDilke' or 'The Hogan' as it's known in wrestling circles :-(

Cue lather and razor. I can now count my chins for the first time in a couple of years.

Thank buggery we are in Movember so the initial scrubland phase of growing it back can be passed off as a misguided charity stunt.

My face is cold.

Done anything equally stupid?
FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
CAADX 105 beastie for bumpy bits
Litespeed L3 for Strava bits

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

I read this as lathe and razor. For a moment thought you were truly the ultimate man.

My friend started movember with us last year, 3 days in comes in freshly shaven. Said he'd 'accidentally' shaved it. Suuuure.

I'm currently sporting 12 days growth, I look like a vagrant.

The EPO is not impressed and is complaining, it will be gone tomorrow.

Shaving my head I use a grade 5 to stop me looking ill. the guard came off once and swish! a big stripe up the back of my head before I realised and my wife came in and nearly pissed herself laughing... Explaining it in work proved painful.

I may have done this. Thankfully it didn't go too high up so it was sorted by doing a number 1 round the back and sides and it soon disappeared.

Ditto; albeit 3 extra days' growth to add to the manic street preacher looky-like.

Oooooo. Close to being very topical. Check the news......
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

Did the 'forgot the guard' thing on the morning of my wedding. Thankfully it wasn't a very good trimmer so I managed to disguise the damage.

Normally have beard. Went clean shaven and towards Mo for movember and I hate it.
What do you mean you think 64cm is a big frame?

I am sporting a full beard now and it's a lot thicker than I remember it growing before (but it's helps in the cold wind), I may go for a mo which will be quite bushy by the end of the month, how long it lasts is another matter though

Then Febuhairy if you make it that far you'll probably get Marched off to the bApRilbers and May even be June the divorce courts by July.

I took that and ran way too far didn't I?

I haven't had a chin rug since I was young and foolish, and never had a tache.
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.

I, too have suffered the ginger with salt & pepper effect. No Scottish antecedents to blame.

It's in its last 48 hours, though - I've been told that I won't be accompanying my wife out to dinner on Saturday with anything other than a clean chin & upper lip.

He did, a pink fixie covered in duct tape - The Pig.
The Pig is no more, crushed by his awesome power. He got a Surly, but that got broken when he was hit by a car. Not sure what he's on now, he was talking about getting a Look 464 with the payout

I'll take that as a compliment and, on the basis that Damien Lewis is unavailable, await my invitation to star in " Homeland- the Musical".
