Looking to Join a club in the Preston Area.
Im not a newbie to the road scene but i think its time to join a club and do a few group rides.
Ive been on a few but I find they just leave newbies behind which kind of put me off.
Any one know of any friendly clubs that do weekend rides?
Cheers.

Several. I ride with Garstang Cycling Club. Meet. 9:30 at the Royal Oak on Saturday. Three rides, A,B,C. A is typically 100 miles, ( up to 130 in the summer) run at an average of 15 to 20 mph depending on terrain. B rides typically 50 miles, run at 12 to 15 mph ( often split according to spee). C is typically 25 miles, run at about 12 mph. Also 6:30 Monday and Wednesday evenings. Several guys come up from your area. Very friendly, take a look at the website. Garstangcyclinclub.net.0
