Introduction and feedback for holidays in Andalucia, Spain

Hi,
Not sure if this is the best place to post this but I cannot see a section for introductions of new members on the forum. I am living in Southern Spain, Andalucia near the historic town of Ronda, an ideal place for winter sunshine and riding in the fantastic mountains of the area.
We moved out here from the UK at the beginning of 2012 and are going to set up a holiday company for cycling and walking. We love both mountain biking ( I am BC qaulified MTB leader) and road riding and wanted to get some feedback off forum members about what they would look for if wanting to book a cycling holiday/training camp in the sun during the UK winter months or if your new to MTb how interested would you be in having your first mountain riding experience abroad. Like I said we love cyling and would welcome any helpfull feedback that helps us.
