2013 US coast to coast training

Hi, I'm preparing to do the coast to coast 3,058 mile cycle for march next year solo. I wanted to know if anyone has any ideas about training. I intend to complete it in 3 weeks which is averaging 140 odd miles a day... starting out in the rockies :S
my training schedule is on my site http://stephen-lloyd.com I have a mixture of endurance, speedwork and weights which progress each week. am I missing anything?
I'll be doing it solo with a tent. Does anyone have any tips, stories, gotchas or general touring advice?
