Pacenti rims

Due to my lack of riding time at the minute and the time off work I have been itching to spend some money on the bike for when I can ride again!
Looking at superstar components website and saw these pacenti wheel builds http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_ ... cts_id=657 what are peoples thoughts on the rims? They seem to be a lot lighter than the crests build I had been looking at although that was with switch hubs, are they worth the extra money?
Also which set would people suggest for general natural all day riding? Not massive jumps/drops but can get quite rocky in the cheviots!
