Morning Losers!
Feeling quite alert today. Not sure why, maybe me covering all the lights in my bedroom are helping (the clock from the freeview player was brighter than I realised).
Today, well, I'm making stuff up at work to make me look busy. The problem with being Technical Support is that when you're not busy, people think you're lazy, even though you're on hand for something to go wrong :roll:
Judo was good last night, I'm getting good at some throws and holds now. Grading is in a couple of weeks...

i've had a nice 4 days off and come back to a shit storm caused by one email from a moronic twathead who doesn't know his arse from his elbow, so has tried to blame me for something that he knows i can't defend as i was on holiday - so today payback has begun and i've already sorted out 3 of the things he's failed to do in 3 days in 2 hours :roll:
anyway, i'm off out for a lap of cc with northern monkey later, that'll calm me down. i so annoyed i'm thinking i may sod the diet and go and get some bacons.

Well the puppet just phoned me to say he forgot that he was meant to be coming here! :evil: So i got into work early and have sat here waiting for the prick to turn up so i can go home. he then had the cheek to ask me to do an hours work for him instead as he forgot. i did lose my temper slightly. :?

Well, so far today has been interesting. Nobody working our Technicians Hatch, so I'm running about doing several things at once. However, the key for the shutter got taken home by a lesser-spotted minion, so we can't open it and are having to hand items out through the door.
I've carefully created a sign that resembles this:

On an 'Employee relations' course today. I wouldn't leave most of these people in charge of sorting my socks, let alone leave them in charge of human beings.
Free carvery for lunch shortly, so not all bad.

Back in work after a week away building rallies and awesomely shreding gnar at Kirroughtree*
Kirroughtree is fun (and features the worlds most pointless rock garden/cobble field), Glentrool trailhead looks good and the rally went well - all in all a bit of a win.
Work however, is largely consisting of me trying to convince bits of metal that when I say 'get bent', I mean 'get the f**k bent, and stay the f**k bent'. It seems to be mostly working.
Onwards! To lunchtime coffee! And further precision metal crunching!
*I lie about the 'gnar bit. The only thing remotely close to shreding was SWMBO when she fell off, but that's another story....How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

Got back from a good interview (I think) this lunchtime so might get asked back to meet the main man in a week or two - fingers crossed. Fancy a good doss now after a job probably well done, then it's off out for a curry with a mate thie evening as I haven't had one for at least a week
