Diamondback Axis 2010 (£699_53%off) or Orange G3 2012 (£679_20%off)
Out of these two hardtail Mountain bikes, what would you guys go for?
I will use the majority of the time for commutes to/from work but going for a Mountain bike for the 'look' as well as being able to use off road at the weekends.
I had originally looked at the GT Avalanches but a bit put off now as in other post the Voodoo Hoodoo is deemed better than the GT 1.0 although the RRP of the GT 1 is £800.

The Orange is still very expensive for what you get. Of those two I'd pick the Diamondback, but it's a bit much for mainly road riding. Still decent forks and brakes.
I'd go back to Halfords and look at a Boardman in that price range. Light, nicely specced with Epicon forks.
Or a Carrera Fury, bit cheaper, Raidon forks, decent spec.
Or the Voodoo - what was wrong with that?I don't do smileys.

And only one size left in both, so they either fit or they don't.I don't do smileys.
