Advice on kitting out Ellsworth Moment; Forks+wheels

After a long break from riding (shiver SC's were the king of forks back in my day!) I'm beginning to get back involved. I've purchased a 2008 Ellsworth Moment frame and I'm looking for some help/advice in kitting it out for Am/enduro duties. My two areas of concern are forks and wheels.
Forks- any suggestions based around a travel of 140-160mm, I think 36's might be too big and a bit of an overkill for me. Does no one ride bombers anymore?
Wheels- does Mavic XM719 on shimano XT hubs sound about right?
Go easy on me,
Many thanks,

For harder riding the Fox 36 160 sounds ideal, or an RS Lyrik. For not so hard riding, the RS Revelation.
As for wheels, they are tough choices, if a little heavy. I'd look at the options from Superstar.0 -
Probably looking for 2012 forks or secondhand so £400 max.
New wheelset, £200.0 -
Actually, I'd get the RS Revs, looking at what the frame was designed for. These wheels (crest rims, 15mm front adaptor):
