Hi all
For some time I have mocked the Lycra crew cycling lapping the park. This weekend I joined them for a few laps, wow, those boys fly, they must be averaging 22-24mph. I kept up but it absolutely knackered me. Also car drivers are knos ariound there, give no space and then slam on the brakes as they dive into the only space right in front of you. all in though great fun.
We should have a BR ccyling day and block the streets doing timed laps or 20K TT's

A bicycle ride is a flight from sadness.

I usually ride around Regents Park. I had the same issue with a Mercedes pulling into a parking space directly in front of me. Nearly ending up in the back of him
I agree some of the guys there are so fast, I try and keep up the best I can.0
