Afternoon,

Anyone got a contact email for Canyon UK? Just got back from a ride and my frame has snapped. Well peeved.

Bike is a 2011 AM 5.0

    at a guess, the mech hanger, since he was asking where to get one the following day viewtopic.php?f=10004&t=12889854 at least i hope thats the case for him and nothing more serious

    Not quite the frame then in the accepted sense. The Canyon mech hangers are rubbish as mentioned numerous times, the only weak point I've come across so far.

    hasn't done too bad if its lasted since he got the bike in sept 2011, i still have the original on mine too

    My Mates Canyon Nerve mech hanger didn't snap and he bent the rear triangle....which canyon replaced FOC.
