Anyone know the best trails near Barcelona?

Off to do some work in Barcelona in a couple of weeks and as my riding buddy works with me we thought we'd chuck our bikes in the van as we have a few days off there so were on the look out for the best routes there any info would be great.

Travelling to Barcelona for a week. Should i take my bike ? i'm looking for decent 'enduro' trails/descents ! nothing easy (definitely not XC! ) (more like Finale Ligure or San Remo)

I saw that there was even DH race many years ago, but what about trails? are they maintained ?
