Hi Guys
This may have been asked before so apologies in advance but can you please explain how these forks are set up as i am led to believe that you use a shock pump on both legs as opposed to just the one leg on the Fox forks i have on my Full Suss.
I have just bought a HT Scott Scale 20 which i am collecting Friday the bike has these Rockshox Sid RL Air as standard now i understand sag/rebound and how to do this with the Fox forks but i could do with a little advice on these as i have never had Rockshox, am i right in thinking that the amount of air i pump in one leg as i would on the Fox i do the same with the Rockshox but pump exactly the same amount in both legs until correct sag is achieved.
Thanks
Stu

Read the manual. Depends what year they are. Very new ones are solo air.0

Nearly, if its dual air you put air in one leg twice (the left leg as you sit on the bike). Theres a valve top and bottom. Fill both to the same pressure.A Flock of Birds

If the bike comes with 2013 Rock Shoxs forks then it will be the same as the Fox ones i.e. just one place to add pressure. If the forks are from the last few years then they are likely to be Dual Air, which means you have to inflate both the positive and negative cambers. The valves are the same side of the fork with one on top and one on the bottom of the leg. If they are Dual Air, alway remember to inflate the negative (bottom) chamber first.0

You add positive air first, not negative. (with Dual Air).
