Agreed to do London to Paris next May I mean  I've only had the bike for a month.
The plan is to do it over 4 days. Anybody know where I can get a suitable training plan from for this type of ride?

If your plan is to do it in 4 days then your training should involve much beer and many burgers.

Seriously though, just keep riding. 70 miles a day for 4 days is no way to break a sweat.

Is this a charity ride. I've been put off by the agreed sponsorship of £1400.00
  • No, just something cooked up over a few beers last night. One of the 'team' did it earlier this year with his son.

You might wish to practice riding in traffic for when you hit Paris
