He doesnt actually belong to us - you can have him if you want. He was foisted on us - either vote for a mare (correct spelling) or lose government funding (130m) - some of which he's using to house families who refuse council accomodation because they dont like the wallpaper in the radisson sas hotel. Turn out was about 30%
