Had my first session on a turbo trainer today and........ actually liked it!!

    Well unless there's a scenario to enjoy when I go cycling, I'd probably prefer indoors too with a DVD and kebab -Soni style.

    dont worry it'll be kept for when the weather is far too bad to venture outdoors!! just had to give it a go once i'd set it up!

    Hate it. Been out in the garage twice during the week and even with music on I was still bored within 20 minutes. Longest hour of my life
